Name of the Child, Father’s name, Mother’s name OR Guardian’s name, Date Of Birth etc. should be filled correctly in the form.

Please mention NA (Not Applicable) in case a field is not applicable to you.

After completing the form save and download the registration form. (An acknowledgement receipt will be generated).

A Registration Number will be displayed, once you successfully submit the form by making an online payment of Rs. 500.

Note the generated Registration Number for any further communication with the school.

You are required to retain a copy of the acknowledgement receipt and registration form for future correspondence.

After successful registration the following documents in original and a self-attested photocopy of the same MUST be carried to school.

a. Valid Birth certificate of the child

b. Aadhar card of both parents / guardian ( in case of single parent )

c. Aadhar card of child (once available)

d. Transfer Certificate from previous school (Class II upwards)

e. Blood Group Report (from a hospital/clinic)

f. Previous school Report Card (Class II upwards)

g. Passport size photo of Child, Mother and Father OR Guardian ( in case of single parent).

h. Valid OBC/SC/ST certificate ( in case of OBC/SC/ST social category)
